At ASI TE QUIERO (“we” or “us” or “our”), we respect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”) and are committed to protecting your personal information (collectively, “Personal Information”) and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website asitequiero.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Apps”), including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website (such as asitequiero.com), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (collectively, “Services”).

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Minors under 18 years of age and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use this Site and Services through our website asitequiero.com or the Apps only if they have permission and direct supervision by the owner of the account. For further reference, please read our “Terms of Use”. 

Derivative Data. Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. If you are using our Apps, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide.

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site, or our Apps. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, depending on your chosen payment option, we may use a third-party service provider that handles payments for us and will receive your payment information. Sale or Bankruptcy.
If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity.  If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party.  You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline honor commitments we made in this Privacy Policy.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIESCookies and Web Beacons We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site and our Apps to help customize the Site and our Apps and improve your experience. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.  If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and our Apps include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Shine the Light law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Site or our Apps, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site or our Apps. If you are a California resident, you may opt-out of our disclosure of personal information to third parties or our affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes. To opt-out, please contact us. You must put the statement, “Your California Privacy Rights” in the subject field, and include your full name, email address and postal address. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information. 

Under CCPA, California residents have the right to 1) request us to disclose all user’s personal data and disclose all user’s categories and specific pieces of personal data that we have collected about the user in the past 12 months; 2) request us to delete your personal data that we have collected in the last 12 months; 3) request us to not sell the user’s  personal data. If you make a request, we have 30 days to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us. Only you or a person or agent authorized and registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information and/or make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
